It is again supplemented by on-going and regular interaction with industry leaders/organisations, providing the students a practical platform to assess and experience the application and effective results of what is taught as concepts in their classrooms.

Their experience is drawn from superior academic backgrounds and their industry experience with a wide variety of organisations. Presently five Dipoma Courses (Civil,Electrical,Mechanical,Mining & Metalurgy) are being offered by this polytechnic. Besides a team of full-time dedicated qualified faculty members in the relevant branches of engineering, the other assets of the college include a well developed central library, workshop, a state-of-the-art English Communication, Skill Development Laboratory and several well developed Computer center, Mining,Metalurgy, Electrical, Civil and Mechanical laboratories.

Our major focus and concern are our students. The institution strives to impart the best knowledge for promoting and pursuing multi disciplinary engineering education in the most disciplined manner.

The institute has an excellent track record of placements in past years and students of GP,Jajpur have proved their compentancies in industry, academics, and administration. This glory has been achieved due to the synergetic efforts of management, learned faculty, dedicated staff and sincere students over these years.
